Refund policy


RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We have a 14 BUSINESS DAY return/refund policy, which means you have 14 BUSINESS DAYS UPON DELIVERY/IN STORE PURCHASE of your item to request a return for a refund. 

NO EXCEPTIONS.

After 14 business days, we are unable to return your product and offer a refund. Again, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Original shipping fees are NOT refundable.

DUE TO LIMITED QUANTITIES, WE DO NOT OFFER ONLINE EXCHANGES

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt/packing slip.

  • Any item that has odor, including smoke and perfumes
  • Items that do not have original tags/packaging

  • Hair products

  • Socks
  • Jewelry
  • Hats
  • Candles
  • Paper products
  • Tumblers/mugs
  • Koozies
  • Holiday items
  • One-of-a-kind customized items
  • Cowhide, leather, and/or tooled items
  • ALL SALE ITEMS - NO EXCEPTIONS

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON GIFT CARDS

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

In order to process your return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt/packing slip. Your item(s) must be returned in the 14 business day window.

We recommend using a traceable carrier to track and keep proof of your shipment.

Please ship your return to:

You, the customer, will be responsible for all shipping costs and the shipping label in returning your item(s). 

Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and placed within a secure package containing its original receipt.

Once the product has been received, it will be inspected for any ineligibility. If ineligible, we will be unable to process a return/refund and you will be contacted via email. 

If item is approved for return/refund, you will receive a refund.

REMINDER: AFTER 14 DAYS, NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Momma J's Mercantile is not responsible for the time of delivery of a refund. The time it takes to receive a refund back on your personal method of payment depends on your credit card issuers policy. 

 

WRONG/DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF DELIVERY if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

If your item(s) is/are damaged or wrong, please send photos to info@mommajsmercantile.com for inspection.

If approved, we will send a prepaid label to you. You then have 7 business days to return your wrong or damaged item(s) upon delivery of the prepaid label.

If item(s) was/were not sent within 7 business days upon delivery, your refund/return of the damaged/wrong item(s) will not be processed.

 

DISCLAIMERS

Please be aware that the colors of items may be altered due to photo editing, resolutions, etc.

After checkout, an order cannot be modified, canceled, or changed.
